Terms and refunds
Last updated 27 September 2026
These terms cover buying the full Shipjam course. They are written to be read, not skimmed past. Nothing in them affects your rights under UK consumer law.
Who you are buying from
Shipjam is run by Anthony Langham, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@shipjam.ai.
What you get
Module 1 is free with an account.
One payment unlocks the full course: Modules 2 to 10, each a set of narrated screen recordings with a checklist of things to do, and a recorded review of your finished project. There is no subscription and nothing else to pay.
The course is for one person. Please do not share your account or copy the videos for others.
What you build during the course is yours.
Price and payment
The price is shown on the site and at checkout, in pounds sterling. Payment is taken once, by Stripe, when you check out. We never see or store your card details.
Your 14-day refund
The paid modules open as soon as you have paid. If the course is not for you, ask within 14 days of paying and we will refund you in full, for any reason, even if you have started watching.
After 14 days
If something in the course does not work or is not as described, tell us and we will fix it. If we cannot, we will give you a full or partial refund, as UK consumer law requires.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@shipjam.ai from the address you signed in with. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe, and usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days. Access to the paid modules ends when the refund is made.
Changes to the course
Modules may be updated as the tools they teach change. If we ever change what the full course includes in a way that leaves you worse off, we will tell you and offer a refund.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also use your local courts.
